Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

Address for returns once you've communicated with us will be sent to you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
** Please note that each individual cork oak tree is as unique as a fingerprint, so there are natural variations in the cork patterns and colorings. This may result in slight differences in what is pictured and what you receive.
Any defects in the hand-making of these products that appear within the first weeks, please contact us and we will evaluate on an individual basis.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will not accept returns on items that have been damaged or used by the recipient. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We want happy customers! If you changed your mind or received a gift that you'd rather exchange, contact us at brilijoistyle@gmail.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
