We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

Unless we notify you otherwise, we ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Smaller orders are shipped USPS, larger boxes are shipped UPS. 

You will receive a fulfillment email with a tracking number when the item has shipped.

Each individual cork oak tree is as unique as a fingerprint, and there are natural variations in the cork patterns and colorings. This may result in slight differences in what is pictured and what you receive.

Cork is washable. While the fabric itself can be put in the washing machine, we do not advocate this your finished bag! we do, however, suggest that you keep your cork piece clean and looking new by cleaning it regularly either with a baby wipe, (best for printed cork fabric), or a damp sponge. On the natural colored cork, even a mild dish soap is perfectly safe.  

It is common for many manufacturers to harvest their cork in Portugal and then send the materials to China for assembly. However, all Brili Joi cork products are 100% harvested and assembled in Portugal. We maintain personal relationships with the small manufactures and families who produce our goods.
